Handicap Accessibility: Engaging the Wheelchair Community

At Van Products we understand the obstacles and challenges that face some members of the wheelchair community. Because of this understanding, we strive to deliver service that matches the high quality of our products. Our wheelchair vans are designed to help keep you moving by providing an option for mobility that many people who are handicapped may not have.

We realize that many do not have an easy means of travel or a wheelchair accessible van they can use to visit Van Products. In order to eliminate the need for you to come to us, our dedicated sales staff is more than happy to do in-home demos and deliver your wheelchair vans for purchase or rent alike straight to your doorstep.

Though our main offices are in Raleigh and Wilmington, we take care of communities all over North Carolina and the southeastern U.S.  Our commitment is to help you go anywhere, anytime, so support is always provided from our local in-house service teams.  It’s personal, and it’s business, so we want you to feel comfortable contacting us about any problems you might have.

We also know how important community, so we do our best to get plugged into the communities we serve.  On top of sponsoring popular sports teams like the Durham Bulls and the Carolina Hurricanes, we regularly support disability groups such as the Eastern NC MS Society and the NC Handicap Sportsman Group. The Easter NC MS Society is a non-profit organization that offers educational programs and fundraising events for MS research. The NC Handicap Sportsman Group, sets up hunting trips and other recreational activities for mobility impaired individuals who want to get out and about.
